Morgan VS Luffy! Who's the Mysterious Pretty Girl?

Luffy and Zoro arrive in the village of Syrup, where they meet Usopp, a liar and an inventor, who often tells stories about pirates. Usopp is also the son of a famous pirate, Yasopp, and dreams of becoming a great pirate as well. After some adventure involving the villain Kuro, Usopp decides to join Luffy’s crew as the sharpshooter.
